At the time of E.O.I.: amount deposited along with Expression of Interest will be part of the final cost and if applicant gets his unit allotted, the same will be added into total payment made by him/her

At the time of Allotment: applicant will have to pay required amount at the time of his/her allotment to confirm the same. And the amount paid at the time of submitting EOI and at the time of allotment will be treated as booking amount and terms and condition of builder-buyer agreement will be applied on payment plan and booking terms.

Balance Amount: after deducting booking amount from the cost of the unit, remaining amount will be treated as total balance amount and the same will be paid by the customer

All remaining Dues; all remaining payment after adding in case customer fail to pay his/her dues on-time interest of the same, and deducting penalty in-case builder delay the project from given deadline.

Credit Value: credit limit decided by a financial institution for the purpose of providing any kind of loan

  • a) GST to be paid by customer as applicable at the time of payment.
  • b) Prices are subject to change without any prior notice at the sole discretion of company.
  • c) Timely payment of installments is the essence of agreement.
  • d) All building plans, layout specifications are subject to change and modification as decided by the company, architect or any other competent authority.
  • e) Maintenance will be charged as per RWA Norms
  • f) No Discount is available under Down Payment Plan, builder will be offering modular kitchen (Basic Standard Unit) with each unit

Payment plan may vary at the time of allotment. Depends on approvals from Bank and financial institutions associated with Landcraft Metro Homes.
